I arrived to drop my car off and the booking that had been made was incorrect even though I had an email (from Cambourne) confirming the work. Was rebooked, courtesy car that was filthy, the 2nd had no fuel in, 3rd was filthy.

As above, I was left for a good 20mins over in BMW with no explanation as to why things were taking so long having asked to buy a phone holder. I bought the car in July and found out that it was missing the service history when the service was due.

Service is very quick but I wasn’t happy about not being told I had a fault with my back jet wash. I found this out about a week later when my service video was sent to me it was just written at the bottom of the page. Not even mentioned on the video

My daughter asked for a service and was told that it did not need one. When we went back to pick it up I said that it hadn't been serviced for 2 years and a different salesmen said that it did need the service and it would have to be booked in again

The service I received was excellent the only problem was trying to book the service and request a loan car. This couldn't be done via the call centre and despite giving my contact details as requested, no one called me back.
