As above, I was left for a good 20mins over in BMW with no explanation as to why things were taking so long having asked to buy a phone holder. I bought the car in July and found out that it was missing the service history when the service was due.

Service is very quick but I wasn’t happy about not being told I had a fault with my back jet wash. I found this out about a week later when my service video was sent to me it was just written at the bottom of the page. Not even mentioned on the video

My daughter asked for a service and was told that it did not need one. When we went back to pick it up I said that it hadn't been serviced for 2 years and a different salesmen said that it did need the service and it would have to be booked in again

The service I received was excellent the only problem was trying to book the service and request a loan car. This couldn't be done via the call centre and despite giving my contact details as requested, no one called me back.

We were terribly disappointed that we could not collect on the Friday December 1st as arranged but had to wait until the following Monday. We were promised a 'Goodwill' present from the Branch Business Manager - This has still not arrived !!!!!!!

Our vehicle came in for its MOT which we had a voucher for from purchase the year before. There were 3 items we asked to be looked at and only 1 was resolved although we were advised the other 2 had been dealt with.

Overall the service experience was excellent. However, I was not made aware of the charge for a courtesy car at the time of booking. The charge was nominal but it’s application should have been made clearer.

Even recently the car underwent a health check & it was pointed out that I had a screw in the rear offside tyre & would cost £175 to replace the wheel. No mention that it could be possibly be repaired.
