It wasn't the experience I had in the past it felt disorganised and not as professional due to staff shortages. I had the same experience at Chelmsford earlier in the year when rear brake pads were fitted. Front of house standards have slipped?

It is very difficult to telephone anyone in the Barons Service department to book a service/repair. I tried 3 times on one day and left a answerphone message. Received no call back.

The male receptionists at the desk are very polite and helpful, but I felt that everything was rushed this time.The car was not vacuumed and did not look as clean as it usually does.I'm not convinced that it had its usual wash after the service.

Marked down 2 stars as my vehicle service history couldn't be uploaded on the day. Means I now have to either ignore the ongoing warnings or pay another visit (potentially 2 days in) for a fix which is inconvenient for me.

The booking process was tricky, major issues with phone lines couldn’t get through for days, would be placed on hold and then just left, no one ever returned messages, got passed around departments When I did manage to book it was good.

I discussed the price of the service and they price matched it. I personally feel Barons are very expensive but the staff are always very accommodating and try to help.
